The next step after the draft is drawing the master plan. This stage is the most precise and challenging. Each component of the hardscape and planting will be placed on their exact spots on the layout. Investing in this stage pays off. When the quality and quantity of the materials is specified it is possible to request an offer and is easier to stick to the budget.

 

The work can be made by the client or by an external team. The master plan will done using Vectorworks Landmark software. A detailed construction drawing will be made from each individual hardscape object.
